Departure from the hotel early in the morning towards the port of Nosy-Be Hell-Ville (journey duration 20 minutes): immediate boarding on a private speed boat to the small port of Ankify (journey duration 45 minutes).

Transfer by 4x4 car and departure towards the ANKARANA NATIONAL PARK passing through the Sambirano Valley region, which is the Capital of Cocoa Plantations and of Madagascar. Lunch in a village restaurant. We will visit the MILLOT PLANTATION. After the visit, departure for the village of Mahamasina where the ANKARANA NATIONAL PARK is located.

Overnight stay

Early morning start of the long visit to the ANKARANA NATIONAL PARK (with the small Tsingy and the large grey Tsingy, the suspension bridges, the river waterfall, the Ankarana forest with its Baobabs). Arrival and lunch break at PRINCE CAMP (Packed lunches will be organized in the forest where the camp is located) In the afternoon, visit to the large SACRED CAVE (with various stalagmite and stalactite formations, 5 species of bats and flying foxes).

Dinner and overnight stay

Departure for the village of ANJAHAKELY passing through the capital of Star Sapphires, called the village of Ambondromifehy. Distance 56 km, leaving the national road and continuing on the track to the village.

Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Meal at the CAMP restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the village and its cultivations, especially the rice plantations.

Immediately after breakfast, start of the trekking and excursion in search of Madagascar's black-eyed lemurs. During the trek, we will pass through the NATURAL POOL (possibility of swimming). Packed lunch. We will continue the visit to the ANJAHAKELY CAVE.

Departure for the town of Anivorano where the SACRED LAKE OF ANTAGNAVO is located (journey duration 2 hours and 30 minutes). Visit to the lake and observation of crocodiles.

Lake Antagnavo is a sacred and historical lake where the Malagasy animist people perform their rituals, prayers, and especially their sacrifices. And by dancing and singing, they cause all the crocodiles to surface and come out of the water.

After visiting the lake, departure towards the RED TSINGY and the CANYON, passing through several villages and crossing landscapes with rice, cashew, and fruit tree cultivations. Leaving the national road, you cross and drive on an 18 km long red sand track.

Once on site, visit the RED TSINGY reserve and the Canyon.

Immediately after the visit, you will have lunch in a restaurant located along the road. Departure towards the large city of Diego-Suarez.

Overnight stay

Full-day excursion in the Emerald Sea by sailing boat, a typical Malagasy means of transport.

Departure in the morning from the hotel by car to the fishing village called Ramena, which is 20 km from the hotel. Boarding a typical Malagasy sailing boat to reach Diego Island, where the Emerald Sea is located (crossing duration 1 hour).

Arrival on the island; beach, possibility to swim and snorkel.

Lobster lunch on the island.

Departure for Joffre-Ville, where Montagne d'Ambre National Park is located, 45 km from Diego-Suarez.

Montagne d'Ambre is a volcanic region of Diego-Suarez. The purpose of this park is to preserve the unique flora and fauna of Madagascar, rightly considered a 'biological treasure'. This mountain is a magnificent protected tropical forest, preserved from any human impact; here a rich and complex nature thrives, this visit will make you discover various forms of vegetation (parasitic plants, ferns, orchids, Madagascariensis cannarium, medicinal plants, etc.).

Here there are 7 species of lemurs, 3 waterfalls, 5 lakes, and a splendid view of the northern tip of Madagascar. Visit to Montagne d'Ambre National Park with waterfalls (visit duration 5 hours and 30 minutes). Meal in the city center of DIEGO.

Departure in the afternoon to visit the 3 BAYS (Sakalava Bay, Dune Bay, Pigeon Bay) and also the smallest and largest Baobabs found mainly in northern Madagascar.

We will continue the road towards Sakalava Bay! Near the bay there is an island reachable on foot at low tide, then Dune Bay, the seabed is full of fish of all colors, sea urchins.

Sakalava Bay is often a destination for funboard, kitesurf, and windsurf enthusiasts. It is possible to walk along the coast of the bay, discovering the fauna and flora of this area.

The visit will be carried out by car or on foot. Overnight stay

Departure early in the morning and direct transfer to Ankify. Arrival in Ankify, embarkation on the boat and direct transfer to Nosy Be.
