Booking Conditions

1. Quotation and confirmation

Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking exists only once we issue a written confirmation.

2. Payment

Day experiences are typically payable in full at confirmation or on the day, as stated in your quote. Multi-day journeys usually require a deposit at confirmation with the balance due before arrival.

No payment is taken through this website. Payment instructions are issued separately.

3. Changes by the traveler

We will do our best to accommodate date or itinerary changes. Third-party costs already incurred, such as timed museum tickets, are not recoverable.

4. Cancellation

Standard terms allow free cancellation up to 7 days before a day experience, 50% refund between 7 and 3 days, and no refund within 72 hours. Multi-day and safari journeys follow the longer supplier deadlines stated in your quote.

5. Changes by the operator

Site closures, strikes, weather and safety may require substitutions of comparable standard. Where an experience cannot be delivered in any comparable form, we reschedule or refund.

6. Insurance and responsibility

Comprehensive travel insurance including medical and cancellation cover is strongly recommended and may be required for safari journeys.

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements for their itinerary.

7. Complaints

Please raise any issue with your guide or our duty line while you are traveling so it can be resolved on the spot. Written complaints should be sent within 30 days of return.
